CROSS BREEDING
This is the mating of individuals who are members of different breeds. Both, outbreeeding and crossbreeding result in heterozygous offspring. Traits including reproductive performance, calf livability, vigor and growth rate are most affected by the hybrid vigor (heterosis).

RECORD KEEPING
Types of records

Records must be kept on transactions relating to finances, stocks, production, marketing,    personnel etc.
Record systems range from electronic data  records and retrieval process to simple manual system.
Records are kept because the human brain is  incapable of memorizing and retrieving all the transactions as required.
